Compendium of Knowledge

Compendium of Knowledge

Under the statutory goal of the Association, which is to disseminate knowledge about copyright among creators and users to promote and strengthen respect for intellectual property rights, an accessible study has been published to provide a quick review of copyright law basics. It is mainly addressed to people with no legal background who want to learn and understand the essence of creators’ rights and obligations.

The content is systematized as an academic lecture enriched with the relevant provisions of applicable law and examples illustrating the described legal solutions in practice. The most critical issues are bulleted. Answers to some Frequently Asked Questions make the assimilation of the presented matter easier.
